On the 20th April 2017, IKP hosted a working visit by TNC (JINM). The occasion begun with a presentation on the achievements and KPI by the TNC (JINM). This was followed by a presentation by the Director of IKP on the achievements and the activities of IKP.

TNC (JINM) stressed on the importance of working together with the industry and community without too much attention on the payment and grant received but rather to focus more on the actual meaningful impact by the industry on UPM and the contribution of UPM to the community. The function was attended by the management staff, research and agriculture officers of IKP while TNC (JINM) was accompanied by one of his officers.

The occasion ended with a discussion and Q & A  session with the TNC together with some light refreshment.
