Introduction

Senate of Universiti Putra Malaysia has agreed to reactivate the establishment of the Institute of Plantation Studies (IKP) at the beginning of 2014. The establishment of IKP is to make UPM as a center of excellence in Plantation Industry Development through the generation of knowledge, the discovery of new technologies and education of graduate students in the field of plantation research.
