The Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) Committee of the Institute of Plantation Studies (IKP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) successfully organised the EKSA Appreciation Programme 2026 to recognise and celebrate the commitment and dedication of its staff in fostering EKSA practices and maintaining a systematic, conducive, and productive work environment.
