Event Summary
The program assessors, Pn. Zainor Mazwin Zainal from HSAAS and En. Khairul Azmi Za'ba from UCTC, evaluated the implementation of EKSA at IKP and found that the level of EKSA implementation at IKP was good and met the assessment requirements. However, several improvement suggestions were made, including standardization of signage and room labeling, improvement of cabinet and storage room arrangement and labeling, updating of staff presence charts and EKSA information display, improvement of cleanliness, tidiness, and corporate identity at several locations, and maintenance of facilities as well as strengthening of safety and user convenience elements.
