Institute of Plantation Studies (IKP) had successfully organized the FRGS Grant Proposal Writing Workshop 2022 on 14th January 2022. The workshop served as a platform for IKP researchers in preparing research proposals for FRGS grant applications in 2022. This workshop was attended by research associates and research interims from the Laboratories of Plantation System Technology and Mechanization (PSTM) and the Laboratories of Processing and Product Development (PPD).

Researchers had an opportunity to discuss and share opinions in preparing a good proposal. Prof. Dr. Wong Mui Yun, Deputy Director of IKP in her opening remark, advised all researchers to always increase the research achievement and contribute to the IKP’s excellence. At the end of the workshop, several research proposals were finalised and ready for submission.
