March,31 –The Implementation Committee of Conducive Public Sector Ecosystem (EKSA), Institute of Plantation Studies, (IKP) has visited the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) to observe the implementation of EKSA in that organization. IKP chose to learn from SGS since that organization has won Workplace Environment Quality Award - Category B (for medium-high numbers of employees) in conjunction with UPM Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP), 2022. The visit aims to gather information and learn about efficient methods for EKSA implementation at SGS that can potentially be adapted at IKP as well. The visit was also joined by EKSA Implementation Committee from the Language Competence Development Center (CALC).

The visit started with an introduction session and a welcoming speech by Mrs. Norhasliza Hassan, Chairman of the EKSA Implementation Committee, SGS. The session continued with sharing session on overall journal of EKSA implementation at SGS which was presented by Ms. Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei, Coordinator and Facilitator, EKSA Implementation Committee, SGS. All visitors also had a chance to visit all areas in SGS including the meeting room, staff rooms, reading corner, rest room, prayer room, pantry, office equipment store and file storage system.
