August 27, 2024 – An exchange of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and Wilmar Agrifert Marketing Sdn Bhd was held between IKP’s Deputy Director, Professor Dr. Wong Mui Yun and Wilmar Agrifert Marketing Sdn. Bhd’s Senior Agronomist, Mr. Tyson Bayak. A fruitful discussion was held with potential projects to be carried out such as the development of biofertilizer against Ganoderma diseases, slow-release fertilizer using green coating technology and study of novel non-water soluble source of nutrients.
