Putra Plantation Forum 6 was held on December 19, 2016. We welcome Dr. Lulie Melling who gave a lecture entitled "Agro-Environmental Management of Tropical Peatland for Oil Palm Plantation" in the forum. Dr. Lulie Melling presentation covered on tropical peatland management, land management practices comparison good and bad, problems and techniques of water management in tropical peat. A total of 29 participants from various agencies and 40 participants from UPM attended the forum held at the Agriculture Hall, Faculty of Agriculture, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
