July, 1 YBhg. Prof. Dr. Wong Mui Yun has been re-appointed as the Deputy Director, Institute of Plantation Studies (IKP), effective from 1 July 2023. At the same time, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazmi Mat Nawi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Rafein Zakaria have also been re-appointed as the head for Laboratory of Plantation System Technology and Mechanization and Laboratory of Processing and Product Development, respectively. The re-appointment of the head of laboratories also took effect from 1 July 2023.

The whole members of IKP would like to wish congratulations to YBhg. Prof. Wong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nazmi and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Rafein on these appointments. May IKP become an excellent institute that brings benefits to the plantation industry and research community.
